By subscribing to the present document, the owner of the data expressly consents and authorises PORT ADRIANO so that, on the occasion of regattas or other sporting or social events organised by the club, your image and personal details may be viewed on the website, in leaflets, club information panels, as well as in the media so as to promote said activities.
You are hereby informed that the information on the present form may be provided to the Balearic Sailing Federation.

Liability and Submission Exemption Clause
The present website developed by PORT ADRIANO offers access to services and activities information that PORT ADRIANO considers useful for users so as to improve its services.

For any dispute or issue with the PORT ADRIANO website, Spanish legislation will be applicable with the Courts and Tribunals of Manacor, Balearic Islands, Spain being competent for the resolution of any conflicts arising from or related to the use of this website.
To make a reservation up to 5 nights stay prepayment of 100% of total stay is required, and for bookings of 6 nights or more 50% of the total stay by credit card or wire transfer.
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of your booking and have peace of mind that during the time spent in Port Adriano, take care of every detail to make you forget everything except living a unique moment.
The check in time is at 14h and departure at 12am.
We need to confirm the time of arrival in a day in advance.
Estimated from the measures provided Tarifa. Will be billed according to the actual measurements of your boat.
CANCELLATIONS
High season
No charge will be made if the reservation until 14 days before your arrival date is canceled.
If less than 14 days notice, the prepayment will be charged.
With unexpected outputs the total charge of the prepaid fee also.
We guarantee that in case the mooring can be finally leased to another vessel, we will contact you to make a return.
Medium and low seasons
No charge will be made up to 7 days before arrival.
If less than 7 days notice, the prepayment will be charged.
In case of early departure, the charge of one night will be made.
